Basic Reflow training | | |
This 1 day training is meant for operators of a reflow oven.
During this training the operator gets all background knowledge about heat transfer in order to understand the reflow process. In the morning it is a theoretical session while in the afternoon it is a hands on session on the reflow oven making temperature profiles and soldering sample boards. Of course this training is suitable for lead free soldering.
At the end of the training the operator will understand the reflow process and be capable of set his own oven to the required temperature profile.
During the training one trainer has a group of maximum 3 trainees
